If you would like to place a custom order you can contact me through the Contact Us page. We will then discuss your request and I will send you a quote. If you are happy with this then I will send you an invoice with your payment options.
I say to allow 3 weeks plus shipping time. This allows me time to order supplies and then make the products. It could take only a few days, but it depends on what you purchase and how many other orders I have. If you need something ASAP see below!
If this is the case contact me as soon as possible. I may have a sample in stock that I can sell you, or depending on how busy I am I may be able to squeeze you in and make it in a few days. I try my best to make everyone happy!
If you did not receive an email with an order confirmation and number, please check your spam folder. If you still can not find it, please contact me through the Contact Us page.
Currently we are accepting payments through Paypal or bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer then after you place your order you will receive an email with payment instructions.
Yes! If you would like to pick up an order then you can do so in Albany Heights, Auckland.
Currently I offer shipping to New Zealand and Australia. If you live outside of these countries then I am happy to offer deliver by request at the cost of the buyer.
Yes! If you have not yet received a tracking number then I will do what I can to exchange or modify your products.
